Twisting Blades Trap Rogue Lvl 50-100 WT4

Twisting Blades Trap Rogue Lvl 50-100 WT4

Build Overview

This build will be focused on greatly increasing Rogue survivability by having constant CC on groups of enemies while having the mobility and damage to back it up. Twisting Blades will be the main damage source while having Poison Trap for utility, and Death Trap for grouping and extra damage. This build will be good for pushing Nightmares or just general dungeon clear. Gameplay is featured in the video below, but let’s jump into this build.

Specialization: Inner Sight

Shadow Step will provide us with our source of Unstoppable to get out of CC, while also providing us with priority targeting of specific enemies at a distance. With our Shadow Step augment, this will also stun them, which is a status type we deal 40%x damage to.

Dash will be used to get in and out of fights. At the end of Dash it will drop a Smoke Bomb with one of the aspects we are using. Perfect for buying enough time for Poison Trap and Death Trap to go off and to get Twisting Blades spinning around you.

Poison Trap will be used to CC enemies while also reducing their damage output once they are poisoned from it. Poison Trap is usually placed at the end of our Dash or when leading enemies towards you. Offers tons of utility and survivability for us.

Death Trap overall is just such a good skill. Grouping, damage, CC, it just helps in every way. And with our key passive, this skill will be able to be spammed even multiple times per group of enemies. Greatly increases our clear speeds.

Puncture is just used for Vulnerable and when you very rarely need some Energy in between Inner Sight procs and Twisting Blades spam.

Twisting Blades is our main damage dealer. It is best to make sure you always have a pair circling around you to make sure you are healing, dazing, and dealing damage at all times. Once that Inner Sight procs, go nuts.
